Access the Capital You Need to Fund Your Business – Quentin Strode

The Entrepreneurial Studies, Launch and Grow series featured two speakers this past Spring 2021 semester on May 18th and 25th that addressed two of the most pressing questions from entrepreneurs on our campus and community. First, how do you raise funds for a new venture or small business? The second question was how do I start an online e-commerce business or create an online offering for my existing business.

The first of the two workshops featured Quentin Strode, who is the President and Chief Executive Officer at NEW Community Investments. In this workshop Quentin shares ideas and sources where entrepreneurs can raise money for their business.  He was Senior Vice President at US Bank and Bank of America where he oversaw consumer and small business banking for West Coast and Southwest regions.
